Service Description

Rent out our private party room in the heart of Next Level for your next Birthday, work event, or special occasion! The cost to rent the party room is $150 for a two hour period, plus the regular $23 admission price per person in your group. You can use our online form to book the two-hour slot for your party. This is a non-refundable payment, but if you need to change your booking date/time you can call us directly to make a change. There is a $20 rebooking fee and this must be done at least 7 days prior to your booking date. The $23 per person admission fee will be paid on the day of your event. It's up to you whether you are paying for some or all of your guests, or whether guests are paying for themselves. Just let us know on the day of the event when you arrive how admissions will be handled. Please note that everyone coming into the main facility will need a purchased admission, so make sure to inform your guests who you are or are not covering for the event. The room has several large tables, couches and chairs for over 25 people, plenty of counter space, a microwave, and refrigerator. You are able to bring your own food and beverages for your event. The only thing not allowed are alcoholic beverages as we are not licensed for alcohol at Next Level. We leave thirty minute blocks between reservation slots so that if we have back-to-back parties we have time to clean between events. It usually takes us about 20 minutes to clean the room, but we will try and get you in about 10 minutes before your reservation slot if you need to set up any food or drinks before your guests arrive. The wristbands that you receive allow all-day entry to Next Level. So even with a two hour rental, you'll be able to come earlier or stay later for as long as Next Level is open that day. Just make sure to leave your wristband on and show it to our front desk staff as you re-enter the building. For any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us prior to your booking. Thanks kindly and we look forward to seeing you soon!
