Service Description

The private facility rental is great for big or small groups that want the entirety of Next Level Pinball Museum for their function. We only rent out out the entire facility on days that we are closed to the general public (usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays). You can also rent out the facility before or after our regular opening hours to the public, although late-night hours may have an additional late-night fee added depending on time and duration of your event. The cost to rent out the facility is $300/hour, plus $23 per person that attends. To reserve the date and time, submit a booking request online with your desired days/times and we'll reach back out to let you know if those time slots are available. The facility rental cost will be due at the time of booking to reserve that date and time, and the $23 per person is due on the day of your event. We'll ask you an estimated number of attendees so we have a better idea of staffing, but we won't need a final number before the day of your event. You can bring in any outside food and beverages. The only exception is that we don't allow alcoholic beverages as we aren't licensed for alcohol at Next Level. We also have snacks and beverages available for purchase at our facility. Please Note: there is a 20 person minimum for private facility rentals.
