Gift passes will be mailed to the address provided in the check out page. Passes are mailed via standard US Postal Service. Please note that delivery times vary depending where they are getting sent around the country, but you should estimate between 7-10 days for gift passes to arrive. 

There is a $3 delivery fee added to each gift pass order which is the additional cost of postage, materials, and staffing for each order. 

We do not offer an option for faster mailing times and note that during peak Holiday times mail delivery may be slower than usual. If you need a gift pass sooner or would like to skip on the delivery fee, we recommend visiting us in person at Next Level Pinball Museum where passes can be purchased anytime during our regular business hours.
